1TV is one of the leading Afghan privately owned General Entertainment television channels, launched in February 2010. 1TV was established by Mr. Fahim Hashimy to provide Afghanistan with a channel that will unify Afghans and provide programming that transcends racial and ethnic barriers in order to promote hope and peace.
