Job Description

Management of Staff and of the Programme
1. Providing leadership in defining the overall aims and objectives for all levels of Programme, and policies for their implementation; leading planning of the development and review of all aspects of the Programme's work. Ensuring that Programme staff, relevant appropriately involved in and consulted about all planning and policy.
2. Providing leadership and co-ordination in defining staffing needs and establishing criteria for selection of staff; leading the selection and appointment of all teaching staff of the Programme, and co-ordinating the participation of other staff and committee members in the recruitment process.
3. Leading the deployment and management of Programme staff, and the allocation of duties to them in accordance with their job description, their personal and professional skills, and in line with professional development policies.
4. Providing leadership and training in the promotion and maintenance of good communication and fruitful working relationships among the Programme's staff, and between the Programme's staff and counsellors.
5. In conjunction with the team of HOD's, planning for professional development and the maintenance of professional standards, providing professional support for staff; providing career- development advice and writing references for current and former staff, when required.
6. Co-coordinating, formulating and reviewing a coherent overall policy for the Programme's curricula, in conjunction with all staff with departmental/curriculum responsibility; monitoring the development and definition of curricula in each subject taught by the Programme.
7. In conjunction with staff with departmental/curriculum responsibilities, leading and reviewing policies for the monitoring and recording of pupils' performance and progress.
8. Taking overall responsibility for the application, review and development of policies concerning internal and external examinations.
9. Ensuring that standards of teaching and learning in the section are evaluated via informal monitoring, and other means, in line with stated Programme policy. Ensuring that proper standards of professional performance are established and maintained, by all appropriate means.
10. Ensuring that, whenever possible, absent teachers are replaced, either by deploying staff during their non-teaching time, or by using the Programme's cover teachers with the coordination of HOD's.

Communication and Liaison
1. Leading the promotion of the Programme to parents through all appropriate means, including written material, websites, meetings, and social events.
2. Maintaining effective communication with the Top Management committee and its officers
3. Supervising the maintenance of an accurate nominal roll and ensuring efficient communication of enrolment and option statistics, as well as of information on items which affect billing.
4. Developing and maintaining close links and good communication with the University administration.
5. Maintaining students files (Record Keeping)
6. Update Database of all students
7. Record keeping for all results and keep close coordination with department heads
8. prepare marks sheets for students
9. Prepare and arrange the certificates and diplomas for the student.
10. Gather all required academic documents for registration of student.
11. coordinate with finance department regarding students fees and update the status in students records
12. Look after the administration, academic and Lab.
13. Responsible for smooth operation related to administration, academic, student record, examination, course cover, fess, student registration and student degree, diploma and certification process.
14. Submit monthly report to President /CEO.
15. Medium of communication in official matter is Email (If not available it should be on written)

Job Specification

- Excellent English speak
- Master / PHD from chartered university
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Flexibility to adapt and work successfully in a start-up environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage, work and live with people from
different cultures in a stressful and challenging environment
- Ability to work under pressure and within limited time frames
- Excellent computer skills which include MS Office applications
