Job Description
- Design the curriculum and course material for a BBA and MBA programs
- Providing the list of books , author and edition up to the standard of university for students.
- Identification of faculty/staffing needs for department
- Provide direction and leadership for the program
- Develop and teach Undergraduate, Foundation Studies and Professional Development Institute Business courses as required
- 'Networking' in the local, regional and international academic, professional and IT communities, assemble a regional advisory board
- Work toward business school and university accreditation.
- Manages the academic activities of the Department for smooth operations and make available the alternatives if any faculty is not available and also teaching the classes which assigned.
- Ensuring that the highest academic standards in the Department
- Ensuring equitable allocation of the graduate and undergraduate teaching and
supervision among the academic staff
- Ensuring that quality assurance issues are addressed through regular reviews of
programme structures and lectures.
- Ensuring that the progress of students in the Department is effectively monitored
and that feedback to the President / CEO and Manager Academic and
counselling are available where necessary
- Prepare time table of faculty members, arrangements of classes, arrangement of extra classes , schedule arrangement of guest speakers , course content ,preparing aptitude test , monitoring examination regulations and prepare papers and Results with the coordination of Manager Academic and submit.
- Convening departmental meetings every month with President / CEO to give the report of your department activates, performance, future plans and submits the Monthly report of your department and team members.
- Informing academic members of the Department, and relevant Faculty members about decisions taken by the Department on research, teaching and administrative matters after the approval from President / CEO.
- Promoting a culture within the Department that is conducive to learning, teaching,
research and publication

Job Specification
- Excellent English speaker
- Master / PHD from chartered university
- A distinguished record of teaching and a minimum of five years experience in a similar position
- Strong leadership and management skills and a high level of organizational skills are necessary
- Knowledge of Business studies culture, professional level experience of working in a truly multicultural setting, adaptability and resourcefulness are definite advantages
Flexibility to adapt and work successfully in a start-up environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage, work and live with people from different cultures in a stressful and challenging environment
- Ability to work under pressure and within limited time frame
- Excellent computer skills which include MS Office applications
