Job Description
1. To develop a franchise school plan & policy after a detail survey of Afghanistan.
2. To create franchises around the country.
3. To deal with all franchise branches & their issues.
4. To liaise between head office & franchise branches.
5. Report to MD & chairman on daily & weekly basis.
6. Be able to understand national & international school management system.
7. Be able to supervisor overall franchise branches.
8. Follow franchise Department & School duties as per the ToR
Job Specification
Qualifications & Experience required:
1. MBA in Marketing.
2. 3 - 4 years working experience in franchise in reputable organization.
3. Advanced knowledge of computer, Internet, Email, MS office & other programs would be advantage.
4. Strong command in Written, Spoken, Reading & Understanding of English, Pashto languages.
5. Candidates must be work focus & education orientated.
