Duties and responsibilities:
Telecommunication Technical Project Manager:
Job Descriptions:
-Lead the implementation of technical project and act as project lead point of contact to internal and external organizations
-Drive the technical projects ensuring full consideration of all technical and business needs for project execution.
- Ensure standards and corporate policies are followed
- Establish, validate, project schedule and resource assignments
-Possess broad range of experience with infrastructure for both emerging and legacy technologies
-Proven ability to communicate and present to senior technical executives
-Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize complex situations and effectively address them in a timely manner.
-Must be able to participate in design processes and work effort involving design, implementation, etc.
Job Specification
SKILL/TASK EXPERIENCE:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in technical project management, or a related functional area in Telecommunication Industry
- Possesses good understanding of project methods and processes
- Possesses good project tool skills and ability to manage project effectively and efficiently
- Technical background preferred
- Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good vocal and written communication skills
- PMP certification is a plus but not required
- Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft suites programs (Word, Excel, Project, Power Point)
- College degree a must
- Good telecommunications knowledge and technologies
- Independence, attention to detail, verbal communication, documentation skills, audiovisual maintenance, fluency in written and spoken English
