1-Prepare Technical Proposals for U.S Army, RCC, USACE and PRTs Projects 2-Prepare Technical Proposals in accordance to the SOW and requirements 3-Prepare Technical Proposals for all types of construction project including General Construction, RLB, Pre-Fabricated and CMU Buildings 4-Must have capabilities of preparing general construction proposals and must prepare all bid packages. 5-Writing Proposals according to the RFPs being received. 6-Compil all proposal documentation for proposal submission. 7-Track all proposal deadline and sub deadlines. 8-Assist Estimator +BOM as needed. 9-If required arrange all necessary services for hand delivery of proposal. 10-Proive daily reports of all proposals in progress. 11-And any other job related tasks assigned by line manager.

1-At least University graduated and Master Degree would be preferred. 1- Having engineering/Construction background 2-Morethan five years experience with USACE. 3-Computer knowledge is must. 4-Languages; Professional English. 5-Compute Skill; Ms Office Programs
