Description:
- ï‚ Implement VoIP and IP telephony systems.
- ï‚ Duties include documenting existing systems and their dependencies, identifying and prioritizing systems to be moved and the coordination of internal and external resources
- ï‚ Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of all deployment staff, author project plans, create status reports, establish project timelines and milestones/deliverables using the appropriate tools
- ï‚ Post installation, you will continue to manage and support the VoIP implementation and subsequent IP telephony add-on's such as Call Center, IVR and some applications that may be developed.
Job Specification
Qualification:
- ï‚ Cisco's VOIP product OR VERY STRONG Cisco & Routers experience (over 3 years)
- ï‚ Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience planning and managing large projects
- ï‚ Must be able to generate formal project documents, including project charters, work breakdown structures, schedules with milestones and staff allocations
- ï‚ Must have experience with Voice systems, VoIP, ACD, IVR and Call Centers. Strong knowledge of voice and networking protocols
