Solid leadership experience in site modifications, customer support, billing and project close out and general business management, in wireless services with the emphasis on revenue generation and impacting sales growth. Proven successful history of outstanding accomplishments with wireless carriers. High-energy person with competitive and aggressive traits, coupled with a strong business ethic. Ability to supportively work with diverse employee team and with peers in other areas of the company to obtain results and the ability to multi task. Must have extremely strong people skills in having previously led a large team of personnel. Outstanding communication skills and ability to motivate and create enthusiasm and excitement. Strong belief in the value of the wireless community involvement and the integration of business and community affairs. Knowledge of Central Asia market customers or similar markets carriers and contractors

Job Specification

Responsibilities:
- ï‚ Business Plan - Implementing the strategy and business plan achieving revenue growth and profit objectives
- ï‚ Target Achievement meet agreed sales and revenue targets through direct sales channel and reseller networks. Develop strategy targets corporate marketplace and develop client base nationally.
- ï‚ Company Growth work with contractors and carriers as they progress towards other National projects to obtain a strong presents for future projects.
- Resource Management Work with CM�s and PM�s to develop direct resources with appropriate skills and certifications to meet demand generated through sales and marketing activities. Developing direct resources to support go to market plans.
- ï‚ Customer Satisfaction delivering exceptional customer experience including proper close out and billing projects.
- ï‚ People Management For direct reports, implement & maintain staff performance, effective recruitment, training and development, performance management/assessment and reward.

Essential Skills & Knowledge
- ï‚ Minimum of 5 years General Management experience with a successful track record in business development and closing sales.
- ï‚ Demonstrate track record of making sound strategic decisions and successful situational style leadership experience.
- ï‚ Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence clients, reseller and distributors.
- ï‚ Evaluate cost and make strong cost cutting savings to the company.
- ï‚ Strong commercial acumen, with well developed understanding of designing value-adding activities.
- ï‚ Ability to interpret financial management reports including profit and loss and the preparation of budgets for each activity.
- ï‚ Sound administration skills including computer literacy.
- ï‚ Significant management and organizational leadership experience with the ability to effectively establish, coach, and lead a cohesive team, planning, directing and delegating work as required to deliver results.
- ï‚ Successful track record in managing and motivating a construction teams.
- ï‚ Demonstrate success in a Technology or Telecommunications vertical.
