5 Years,Experience in implementation, testing, verification, and/or deployment of CDMA & GSM networks (MSC, BSC, BTS, HLR, PDSN)

Duties & Qualification:
- Test set-up, test execution,and troubleshooting network components
- ï‚ Execute test plan and generate test report
- ï‚ Defect tracking
- ï‚ Protocol knowledge:
- IS-41, SS7
- CDMA Standard knowledge
- GSM Standard knowledge
- ï‚ Can interpret CDMA & GSM and protocol specifications
- ï‚ Can interpret call flows
- ï‚ Assist in mediation vendor interop failures in regards to specification compliance
- ï‚ Knowledge of as many of these areas as possible:
- Mobile IP (HA, AAA)
- BSS (Billing)
- OSS {Provisioning -network nodes and subscriber, NMS/EMS}
- VMS
- SMS -- Short Message System
- CALEA
- WLNP
- Wireless E-911 (MPC, PDE)
- WSS -- Wireless soft-switch
- WGW -- Wireless gate-way
- SS7
- Megaco (H.248)
- Security (general, security gateway)
- Firewall
- IP network (switching, routing)
- IPSEC
- NAT
